Bilateral Spine Leg Extenison
Muscles Worked: core and lower body
Purpose: strength and stability
Form: Lie on your back, knees bent, feet flat on the floor
Place hands on front of your pelvis
Bring both legs up to 90 degrees
Activate your deep core(hold your pee muscles)
Extend your legs out and down only as far as you can keep your back on the floor
Bring your leg back to 90 degrees
Repeat and Enjoy!
