Prioritizing, organizing and new class schedule

Life and get so busy that time gets away from us. As some of you know I am in the process of completing my exercise physiologist certification, a long held goal of mine, but not an easy feat juggling my beloved studio, life and all the little extras. This has been a very valuable learning experience and I am grateful for the challenges along the way.

With my practice forever evolving I get pulled in different directions. So I had to take some time to really site with and decided whether I was going to continue to teach classes, especially since there are many others in the community who offer great classes too.

In going back to my original intent and what ignited my passion for this work, as well as keep a level of balance in my life (I’ve got to walk to the talk if I am to be authentic in coaching others). The outcome I have settle on is as follows; I decided to update the way I run classes here at the studio. I am keeping a small number of classes on the schedule which will be drop in only ($10.50 +HST). Classes will run regardless of the number of attendees. Stability ball and Essentrics have been combined and moved to Thursdays at 6:15 pm. Yoga keeps its time slot on Wednesday at 7:15 pm, as does Stretch on Fridays at 7:00 pm, though stretch will now incorporate some relaxation and mediation techniques. Dance also will keep running on Saturdays at 10:15 am. This new schedule can be viewed on-line here.

This new schedule starts the week of October 24th.

Thank you all for your patience as I’ve figured this out, and to everyone for your feedback and support.

Looking forward to seeing you in class, at the studio, and around town.

Enjoy the sun!
