Single Arm Reverse Fly (dumbbell)

Muscles Worked: core and upper body

Purpose: strength and stability

Form: Bent forward slightly at the waist

Hold free weight in hand

Pull your arm out to the side against resistance

Return to start position with control

Repeat and Enjoy
