Single-Leg Single-Arm Deadlift (Dumbbell)

Muscles worked: full body

Purpose: strength & stability

Form: Stand on one leg, dumbbell in the opposite hand as the stance leg

Bend at the hip, keeping the your trunk aligned with your back leg

Rise up from your hips

Repeat & Enjoy!
