Four Point Trunk Flexion for agility and strength

Start on your hands and knees, arch your back up to the ceiling as high as you comfortably can and hold.

Arch back in the opposite direction as low as you comfortably can and hold.

Exercise of the week: The Bosu March

Purpose: forĀ ankle, leg and hip stability.

Muscles worked: Gluteus and quads

Form: Begin the exercise standing on the bosu ball and shifting from side to side. When this feels comfortable, try to march faster while maintaining stability.

*Be careful to not roll your ankle
