Exercise of the week

Shoulder Scaption Bilateral Concentric (end range- dumbbell)

Muscles Worked: Upper body

Purpose: Strength & Stability

Form: Sit or stand with good posture

Hold dumbbells in hands

Raise arms up diagonally above shoulder height (3/4 of the way)

Raise arms all the way up

Lower back down to starting position
