Form: Start on all fours holding a ball
Toss ball up by keeping elbow bent and rotating arm
Catch the ball at the top & repeat

Overhead Squat (Heels Raised with band)
Muscles Worked: full body
Purpose: strength and resistance
Form: Stand with feet soulder width apart
Raise heels and hold a band above your head
Perform by bending at hip, pulling out against the band
Keep your arms straight over your head
Rise up by straightening at the hip
Enjoy!
Squat Jump onto Box (or step)
Muscles Worked: core and full body
Purpose: strength and resistance
Form: Start in a squat position
Explode from the hip jumping up into the air from both legs
Land on box softly, absorbing the shock with triple flexion (hips, knees, ankles)
Step off box and repeat
Enjoy!
Front-Plank- Hands & Feet
Muscles Worked: core and full body
Purpose: strength and stability
Form: Lie flat on floor
Hands below shoulders
Heels press back, shoulders together, ribs to hips
Stay lifted, core tight
Rise up on hands and feet, holding your body flat as a plank.
Repeat and Enjoy!
