Closed for the Holidays

I will not be teaching classes or taking client appointments over the holidays. I hope you have a wonderful, restful holidays season.

Consider your word of the year for the new year in lieu of a resolution, to set the tone for inspiration and growth in the new year.

See you the first week of January!

Babe has arrived!

We are overjoyed to introduce to the world Eleanor Caroline SusanneĀ Otto born on the last day of summer September 22nd. 4 lb 5 oz. She just couldn’t wait to bring her big heart into the world any longer. Both mama and babe are doing very well.

Studio Updates

I will be going on mat leave starting September 26th until January 2016. I am revamping how I offer classes and appointments in the new year upon my return. Stay tuned for updates later in the fall for the new pricing structure, drop in classes, wellness program, energy work classes and more. My schedule for the winter 2016 will be open to book starting early Decemeber.

I am now DNS trained!

I’ve just taken my level A in Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization. It was an intensive course but so wothwhile nad interesting. I’ve gotten to try out my new skill set this week and everyone with whom I’ve explored with is seeing some postural changes immediately! I so enjoy integrating more into my practice. Looking forwards to seeing you all in the studio.

Loving the new studio

We have made it! I am now working out of my home based studio, and it is wonderful. The space came together so beautifully, and it’s been so lovely to welcome you all into the new studio in the last week and I look forwards to bringing new and exciting techniques, explorations, and experiences into my work and practice in the future. Here is to change, and to growth now let’s play!
