Preparation:
- Lay on your back hands at side, knees bent, feet hip width apart as shown
- Breathe in through your nose and expand your rib cage
- Breathe out through your mouth and let your ribs relax
- Throughout the motions of this exercise, keep your rib placement
Execution:
- Raise arms to centre
- Reach arms overhead, controlling your rib cage
- Return arms to centre, return arms to side
