Exercise of the week

Classic Push- Up (knees) + Destabilization (wobble board)

Muscles worked: core & upper body

Purpose: strength & stability

Form: Lie on stomach, hands beside shoulders on a wobble board

Push up onto knees, do not let your core sag

Pause at top of each push-up to push your shoulders slightly forward

On way back down, touch nose to board

Repeat & Enjoy!
