WOW!!! It has been a whirl wind couple of days, but there is lots of exciting stuff going on. On Saturday night there was a Squamish Midwives Now event at Carina Gelato; the turn out was amazing and it was a very informative evening.

On Sunday evening there was the first info session for the 30 day challenge starting on wednesday, also a great turn out. Good luck to all those taking this on.
And finally today I met with Susan Carmody, a very talented photographer. She will be taking some exercise shot with me so finally I will have pictures of exercises on my website. Yay! It will be a process but you will see some starting by the end of the month.
