
Fitness classes
Fitness classes are a great way to compliment your workouts. By adding variety in the types of exercises you do, you increase the rate at which your body is forced to adapt to exercise, thus you are always improving and getting results you want. Intensity is a major component in increasing you fitness level, in a group setting you get the benefit of group energy which helps motivate and inspire you. An affordable alternative to personal training, get tips and tricks to improve your performance and bodily understanding no matter fitness level.
Stability Ball
A strong core is essential to well rounded fitness and decreased overall pain cause my muscle imbalances. Focusing on all the core components; shoulder stability, trunk stability, hip stability; including glute control and strength, balance and muscle control through movement. To keep the class fresh and interesting we use a variety of techniques and equipment such as stability balls, BOSU balls, foam rollers, balance boards, etc. Including all components of fitness from cardiovascular endurance to more traditional strength training exercises to flexibility and range of motion work tone your entire body while building functional strength. This class is appropriate for for all levels of fitness.
Yoga
Combining the practice of hatha and ashtanga yoga recharge in a variety of vinyasas and assanas. Yoga challenges strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, balance, and focus not only of the body, but of the mind. Practiced as a complement to fitness it strengthen and tones the body building long lean muscles. Practiced as a meditation technique it fosters the development of discipline with gentleness. A perfect complement of movement and introspection come relax, center and practice balance.

Lunch time yoga; as condensed yoga class (45 min) all the benefits of yoga for the busy professional, come get your does of relaxation and centering before you return to your workday.
Stretch
Flexibility is a component of fitness that is often left to the wayside by the average fitness enthusiast. Flexibility is an important part of mobility as it enable us to move our joints freely to perform all of our sport activities. Full range of motion not only allows you to build more strength and stability around a joint but also ensure proper tracking for healthy movement patterns and maintained functionality as you age. Stretching assists in shorter recovery times post work out, decreased muscle tightness and pain. Tight muscle are also a by product of stress which is a self perpetuating cycle; the more stressed you are the tighter your muscles, the tighter your muscle the more stressed your body feels. A lengthened muscle is a relaxed muscles, and relaxed muscle leads to a relaxed mind. Class is all levels.
Circuit
If you find standard weight training monotonous then circuit class is for you. A challenging combination of cardiovascular endurance, plyomentrics, traditional strength training, isolated core work, and muscular endurance exercises, boot camp style; ten to fifteen stations, one minute each station. Challenge your fitness, push your boundaries, discover what you are made of in an energizing alternative or complement to personal training. Learn about proper form and movement execution for a plethora of exercises and build you functional fitness.
Friday geared to beginner/ intermediate more basic foundation movements.
Saturday geared to more advance exercisers compound movements.
All levels welcome to both classes.
