Fitness classes

 

Fitness classes are a great way to compliment your workouts. By adding variety in the types of exercises you do, you increase the rate at which your body adapts to exercise, thus you are always improving and getting results you want. Intensity is a major component in increasing you fitness level, in a group setting you get the benefit of group energy which helps motivate and inspire you.  


Stability Ball

 A strong core isessentialto well rounded fitness anddecreasedback pain. Using stability balls, BOSU balls and stability exercises to help increase balance and core strength. Get a full body workout that will increase strength and muscle tone. This class is all levels. 

Yoga

Combination of hatha and ashtanga inspired yoga class. Challenges strength, muscular endurance,flexibilityandbalance. It is a more gentle yet still effective way to train the body and the mind.Bridgethe gap between movingthebody and meditation. This class is all levels.

Stretch

Flexibility is a component of fitness that is regularly ignored by the average gym goer. It is important to maintain flexibility for full range of motion, increased strength throughout that range of motion, and functionality as we age. Withregular stretching you will notice shorter recovery time post workout, less pain i.e. neck, back, knee, etc., and overall less stress. This class is all levels.

Circuit 

If you get bored easily then circuit class is for you. A challenging combination of cardiovascularendurance, strength training and muscular endurance exercises, with a stretch to finish it off.Challengeyourself in a way that is not possible one on one, learn new exercises, and learn proper form. Completely new circuit every week, all levels.

Aerobic Jazz Dance
