All prices are in Canadian funds. Payable by cash, cheque, or debit, visa or mastercard on site.

Return Policy
No Returned or refunds on Packages purchased on-line.
Cancellation Policy
Twenty-four hours notice required for all appointments otherwise full session fee will be charged. Regular clients receive one grace cancellation with less than one weeks notice, given twenty-four hours, per month. Additional cancellations will be charged $20 + GST, unless session is transferred to a friend or family member. Vacations planned ahead of time will gladly be accommodated. Packages valid for one year.
Space Rental
Both the personal training studio and class room space are available for rental and drop in for use by complementary service providers. If you are interested in using the space please contact me for a price breakdown.
