Cancellation Policy

Twenty-four hours notice required for all appointments otherwise full session fee will be charged. Regular clients receive one grace cancellation with less than one weeks notice, given twenty-four hours, per month. Additional cancellations will be charged $20 + GST, unless session is transferred to a friend or family member. Vacations planned ahead of time will gladly be accommodated.
