Energy Healing


Reiki is the application of life force Energy to the chakras or main energy centers of the body. This initiates a cleansing within a persons energy system which can be experienced as a release of physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual energy blockages. This release is felt as a healing and allows one to connect with their true self thus enjoy a state of balance, happiness, and relaxation.

Illness is due in part to the blockage of the body’s natural energy flow, which can be cause by life events, strong emotions and the like. The role of a Reiki practitioner is to assist a person in releasing those blockages using energy in a treatment session.

It is non touch therapy which compliments other modes of healing and is compatible with all religious beliefs. At its most basic level it is a relaxing and rewarding experience, opening the way for introspection and self discovery.

Meditation is the practice of fostering awareness. Awareness allows us to more easily navigate through our lives; as we become conscious of our thinking and feeling patterns we foster flexibility of the mind, emotions, and spirit, allowing us to grow. Meditation is the practice of simply being, taking time for ourselves to explore our inner self.

Guided meditation uses visualizations to clear and work with the energy within your body. It is a relaxing, rewarding and enlightening experience.
