Four Point Shoulder Flexion(Ball)
Muscles worked: Core, Upper body
Purpose: Strength & Stability
Form: Start on all fours on an exercise ball
Lift arm straight out in front of you
Lower down in a controlled maner
Switch sides
Bilateral Leg Lowering Hips & Knees at 90 degrees
Muscles worked: Core, lower body
Purpose: Strength & stability
Form: Lie on back, hips and knees at 90 degrees
Straighten knees as you slowly lower your legs towards the ground with control
Bend knees and return to start position
